Can TTS700 make a driver identification at the entrance of a depot?
You cab store the name and address of a driver in TTS700 and link the driver to one ID-Card as well as to one customer. However, the driver identification at the entrance of a depot is not possible with TTS700. This function could be handled by OpenTAS, a modular standard software package with a lot of other functionalities.
How can I register for TTS700?
To cover the registration procedure, you have to:
fill out the registration form, print it, and send it by fax or mail in order to complete your registration;
to obtain the local generated installation code, click on ? (Help) Menu – Activation, and copy the number on the registration form;
once you have received the registration key from Implico, start and login to TTS700, click on ? (Help) Menu – Activation, type in registration key and press ‘OK’.
How can I select another language at TTS700?
To create a new language at TTS700 you have to:
click on the menu Application – Master data – Language – Administration, press F2 (new record),
select ISO Code of the requested language, from the drop- down list,
select the requested charset from the drop – down list (according with
the selected language),
choose one of the available languages from the Report Editor, and press the radio button,
press F8 (save) to save the record.
How shall TTS700 be configured to get connected to a Microload over serial line?
The serial connection is only possible with Protocoll “Minicomp host”.
What does “Strict ID-card Validation” mean?
This option is intended to be used if no ID card validation is activated on Accuload or Microload. If this option in TTS700 is deactivated the first numerical prompt from a transaction will be stored as ID card in a TTS700 order.
Are there any TTS700 Database limitations?
The newest version of TTS700 is bundled with a new database engine: MS SQL-Server 2008 Express SP2, which is limited to one single processor and 4 GB of size.
Can the Delivery Note be generated for different products loaded in different compartments of the same truck?
Yes, a TTS700 order can contain different transactions (also from different arms) for the same identification (driver ID _Card) This is possible if the Delivery Note is printed out manually, i.e. in the Main menu –Print – the option Automatically print delivery note has been deactivated. In this case, for each new loading request, TTS700 tries to find if there is an order in status “In process” for the same identification, to add batches of the latest transaction. This order must be finally printed out manually to set the status to "Completed”.
Does TTS700 continuously get new enhancements?
Enhancements are done only when these are absolutely necessary for all users of TTS700. For any more needs, we have OpenTAS, our modular standard software package offering a lot of different functionalities.
How can TTS700 be translated into the language that had just been selected?
To translate TTS700 you have to:
click in the menu on "File" – Select "Language" and select as default language one of the available languages
click in the menu on "Application" – "Master data" – "Language" – "Translation", press F1 (help) and follow the steps.
How to activate the TTS700 communication log files?
Please perform the following steps:
Start TTS700 and login
right mouse click on connected devices
choose "local configuration..." from context menu
in the window "device configuration" press "SHIFT+F2" to insert a new property
in the grid enter the number "1061" to receive the "Telelog size" property
press the TAB key and enter "10" for Value
press "SHIFT+F2" again to insert a new property
in the grid, enter the number "1062" to receive the "Telelog filecount" property
press the TAB key and enter "10" for Value
press function key F8 to save activity
answer "device changed" dialog with "yes"
Now log files (*.txt) for every single arm will be written into the TTS700 folder
How to assign different customers to the same driver?
Per default in TTS700 only one customer can be assigned to a driver in the “Driver” window. To use different customer for the same driver check the following:
In TTS700 assign an ID card (unique) to the driver (“Driver” window).
Configure customers in TTS700 (“Customer” window)
Configure Microload or Accuload with validation ID card (automatically (Smith Card Reader) /manually (prompts)
Configure Microload or Accuload with using “prompts”
Specify prompt number on Microload or Accuload to enter a TTS700 customer number
In the TTS700 menu, go to “Application – Master data – Configuration – Environment” and configure “Use Prompt for Customer No.”. For example, enter “4” for prompt # 4 to ask the customer number at Microload/Accuload.
How to find/copy TTS700 database files ?
The TTS700 database files are usually stored in C:Program FilesMicrosoft SQL ServerdatetimeMSSQL$OTFMCData (if the installation path has been changed, this path corresponds to your changes). The term "daytime" of the link contains the date and the time of the installation (e.g. "1-9-2006 184654").

stop MSSQL$OTFMC service (control panel - administrative tools - services)
copy "otfmc.mdf" and "otfmc_log.LDF" to any other folder (e.g. c:temp)
start MSSQL$OTFMC service (control panel - administrative tools - services)
pack copied files with e.g. WINZIP
How to log on for the first time?
The initial username and the initial password are both "fmc".
After you have logged on you can change the default password

Is it possible to have a ‘"Daily transactions’’ report?
It is possible to have the ‘"Daily totals’’ report according to the options available in the menu Reports. These reports can be edited and configured according to your needs, and printed anytime in the requested number of copies. A ‘"Daily transactions’’ report can be generated on the website by OpenTAS (a software product of Implico).
What is the difference between online available files “TTS700 setup” and “TTS700 update”?
“TTS700 setup” archive contains all the installation files for the basic installation of the latest TTS700 version. This file needs to be downloaded only once. If you would like to update a TTS700 version already installed, go to “TTS700 update”. Extract included folders (“use folder names”) and files from the ZIP archive to a temporary folder on your computer (e.g. C:temp) and run the “setup.exe”. In the archive “TTS700 update” you will find the latest version of TTS700 application file, the latest TTS700 helpfiles, the README.TXT and several language files for the Report Editor. To finalize the update of your local TTS700 installation close TTS700 application if running, extract included files from this ZIP archive to the TTS700 folder (in normal case “C:program filesimplicoTTS700”) and finally start TTS700.
Where do I find the version number of my TTS700 installation?
Start and log on TTS700. In the main menu, click “? - About”. If the displayed build number or date is older than the avaiable version online, please download and install the latest “TTS700 update” offered in our website.
Where to find the TTS700 error log file?
